CeraSynth develops and manufactures <\/span><b>custom ceramic modules<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>high-precision components<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with exceptional thermal stability. Their technologies are applied primarily in <\/span><b>energy and hydrogen systems<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the <\/span><b>defense sector<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><b>industrial and R&amp;D projects<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> requiring robust ceramic solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The prototype model was designed for presentation at an international trade fair, where the client needed to effectively showcase the complex structure of their product within a limited exhibition space. The project was highly time-sensitive \u2014 from initial coordination to final delivery, our team had <\/span><b>less than three weeks<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to complete printing \u2014 we defined divisions, alignment joints, and connection points to ensure perfect assembly.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Selected technologies included:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>SLA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for visible, highly detailed surfaces,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>MJF<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for structurally demanding and robust components,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>FDM<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for internal, non-visible parts where cost efficiency was key.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After printing, the parts underwent <\/span><b>filling, sanding, painting (RAL colors)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><b>application of CGP decals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The project was completed in <\/span><b>14 days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, an exceptional turnaround considering the technical demands and the deadline for the <\/span><b>London trade fair<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The model was delivered on time and received <\/span><b>outstanding feedback<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from both industry professionals and potential partners.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Continued Collaboration:<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Following the success of the London presentation, <\/span><b>CeraSynth<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> commissioned us again in <\/span><b>October 2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to produce a new model for the <\/span><b>SIDEC trade fair in Celje, Slovenia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
